1.  The copier has a "margin shift" feature.
Shift it 0.4 inches upward, copy the necessary pages.
(adv.text and onward in first section)

2.  Edit pagenum.tex to have correct starting page and number of
pages, run 'tex pagenum'.

3.  dvips -r pagenum.dvi -o pagenum.ps
This is necessary to get the page numbers backwards!

4.  Put originals in printer face down, with bottom edge of page
toward the back of the printer, then 'lpr pagenum.ps'.

5.  Grab the pages one by one as they come out of the printer to
get them back in the correct order.
