actually, i'm still not comfortable with verilog... c, and mips are a lot simpler!

in verilog, there was nothing really hard to learn (except the reg/wire distinction) it was the debugging that was really unbearable!

perhaps the easiest thing i learned in verilog was creating testbenches.
