lispc,sprintf - 5 for all other aspects
proc - 3 on testing, was confusing with pos/negedges
interrupts - 1 on testing - i spent the entire(!) Saturday by trying to figure out the bug, which as later i discovered originated from the code provided on the Errata page as required for testing .

Great idea ! Useful and increases understanding of the material.

I am more comfortable with Mips, then with c or verilog. I don't think i would feel comfortable programming in veriog, since it is confusing and i didn't get enough knowledge of it.

Easiest - structural verilog - it flows with the structure.
Other types of verilog were harder to learn.
