Answer from cs61c-cl (Hiroki Terashima 16032281) for Question 3 Chapter 5 about pointers was very confusing because pointers is a new concept for me, and differentiating * and & was difficult. Typing the examples out and trying them on my computer helped me understand things much better than just reading through the pages, but it also took a lot of time. The COD reading on Chapter 1 was very interesting, especially learning about how the computer changed (price, speed, memory, world's acceptance) from the early 1940's. Learning the history of computers really put things into perspective. I liked Doug Engelbart's story about how he came up with the idea of creating a mouse.
