An example of spatial locality is when I bought my first powerbook.  After my purchase, I kept buying apple products one after another.  This reflects spatial locality because items nearby were bought.  An example of temporal locality is when I buy a new piece of clothing, I tend to wear it more than once a week.  This reflects spatial locality because the item bought was worn more often.
